Signature Sorbet
Did you know that in Veneto, sorbet is called “sgroppino”?
More than just a dessert, sgroppino is a centuries-old Venetian tradition made by blending lemon sorbet with a splash of alcohol – typically grappa or prosecco. Its name comes from the Italian verb sgroppare, meaning “to lighten the stomach” between courses. Light, frothy, and refreshing, it has evolved into an after-meal indulgence – a symbol of Italian conviviality and refined taste.
We call it Sgroppì.
It’s the ready-to-serve sgroppino, ideal for those who want to offer a refined and surprising tasting experience, with the convenience of a product that’s always ready to use.
Available in both alcoholic and alcohol-free versions, in 1L bottles and 5L containers.
